DOM’s Hill and Pear Creek

The Company has renegotiated the terms of its Earn-In Agreement with SQM over DOM’s Hill and Peak Creek Projects. Key amendments include:

  • newly acquired tenements E45/6646, E45/6647 and E45/6457 to be incorporated into the JV;
  • SQM to spend a minimum of $500,000 on exploration by 15 December 2025 to retain its 30% interest in Kali’s DOM’s Hill and Pear Creek tenements;
  • SQM have committed to an additional $1,000,000 of expenditure, now $4,250,000 by 15 December 2026, to earn a 50% interest in the expanded JV tenements; and
  • Kali to retain 100% ownership of Marble Bar Project.

DOM’s HILL

The DOM’s Hill Project (125km2) is located in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and is 110km southeast of Port Hedland and 52km northwest of Marble Bar.

The DOM’s Hill Project is in an early exploration and evaluation stage prospective for LCT pegmatites which still needs to be confirmed.

Local geology and lithium mineralisation

The dominant lithology in:

  • the west and central area of the tenements comprising the DOM’s Hill Project is the Apex Basalt with:
  • minor pockets of Duffer Formation (Dacite, Sediments), Ultramafic Intrusion(s) within E45/4722; and
  • a wedge of Tambina Supersuite (Metatonalite metagranodiorite) flanked by ultramafic intrusion within E45/4887; and
  • the eastern area of E45/4722 is predominantly Mt Ada and North Star Basalt.

PEAR CREEK

The 100% owned Pear Creek Project (108km2) consists of three exploration licences and is located between the DOM’s Hill Project and the Marble Bar Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia, approximately 140km southeast of Port Hedland and 60km northwest of Marble Bar. Sitting within the East Pilbara Granite-Greenstone Terrane of the Archaean Pilbara Craton and with no known previous exploration for LCT pegmatite mineralisation at the project this is a exciting addition to the exploration tenure for Kali.

The Pear Creek Project includes a 25km long zone of variable width (1-7 km) Archaean greenstone in contact with the southern margin of the Muccan Granitic Complex.
